Optimum Restoration is looking to hire 4 positions: Facilities Maintenance Technician, Sales/Marketing Associate, Construction Crew Member, and Construction Foreman! Thank you! ***Must be able to travel to multiple locations*** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB SUMMARY: The General Maintenance Worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including minor plumbing, minor electrical, basic carpentry, minor heating and cooling, and other building systems. Duties/Responsibilities: • Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. • Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. • Performs routine maintenance on building systems. • Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. • Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors. • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. • Ability to use hand tools and power tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods standing and walking. • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE JOB SUMMARY: The Sales and Marketing Associate will plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. Associate will also research and develop various marketing strategies for products and services. Duties/Responsibilities: • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed Required Abilities/Skills: • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN JOB SUMMARY: Construction Foreman will be responsible for coordinating operations and overseeing workers at construction sites. Construction Foreman will also coordinate tasks for the day, oversee quality of the site, and report the progress of the project to superiors. Duties/Responsibilities: • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans • Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew • Allocate general and daily responsibilities • Supervise and train workers and tradespeople • Ensure manpower and resources are adequate • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment • Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget • Report on progress to superiors Requires Skills/Abilities: • Excellent and organizational leadership shills • Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions • Proven experience as construction foreman • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines • Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems • Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints • Ability to communicate and report effectively • High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.) Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods standing and walking • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time • Good physical condition and stamina ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONSTRUCTION FIELD CREW MEMBER JOB SUMMARY: Field Crew Member will be responsible for completing tasks on a job site such as fencing, concrete/flatwork, roofing, mitigation/restoration, and large painting projects. Duties/Responsibilities: • Following instructions from construction project managers and supervisors • Loading and unloading building materials • Cleaning job sites by removing hazards materials and debris from worksite • Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fills gaps (e.g. cement, flooring) • Smooth and level new concrete or other materials Acquired Skills/Abilities: • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair • Ability to use hand tools and power tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
