Summit Preservation is hiring a subcontractor to do yard maintenance at multiple properties throughout The Denver metro area. Properties are maintained either weekly or twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $30 and work performed is paid weekly. Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Additional money is paid for shrub & tree trimming and leaf & debris removal. Equipment needed is a lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a computer with internet and a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed, which are uploaded to a website via the internet.
