Residential High-Rise has an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician. Qualified applicants should have a general knowledge of maintenance of at least 5 years experience. Your skills should demonstrate the ability to problem solve, paint, plumbing, electric, basic computer skills, read schematics, able to lift 25 lbs, climb ladder and stairs, and ability to speak and write English and Spanish. This is a Leadership position and part of the overall Management Team which will include being on-call for emergency. Contact as soon as possible. This position is open for immediate placement.
