HIRING FOR: One Driving Team – 2 drivers = 1 TEAM BASED OUT OF: Jacksonville, Florida DISPATCHED OUT OF: Jacksonville, Florida **No Forced Dispatch** (This means that FedEx helps drivers find the back hauls back to where they want to go) TYPE OF RUN: ALL FEDEX NOT a dedicated run – this is referred to as a “wild run”. They said that they have been having issues with some of the dedicated runs getting cancelled. Because of this, they have decided to keep things as a “wild run”. PROVIDED: FedEx Uniform Shirts TRUCKS: Trucks all say FedEx Ground on them PAY: $.38/A MILE PER DRIVER SIGN ON BONUS - $3,000 sign on bonus – paid out @ $500 per month for six months ** If out for a total of 6 days on a run, there is a guarantee of pay of $1,400. If out for a total of 5 days, there is a guarantee pay of $1,200. ** 2 Weeks paid vacation after one year of employment ** Term Life Insurance ****Working on obtaining Health Insurance – not available yet PERKS: Due to not having “forced dispatch”, driving teams may decide to go out and work as much as possible for two weeks, come back and have a week off then go back out. They may also choose to just keep working. Flexibility in schedule if the Driving Teams so choose. REQUIREMENTS: 1 Year of Verifiable experience Road test is a 3 hour process – If driving team passes the MVR background portion, we schedule the road test. Anyone that works for FedEx must have doubles endorsement on their driver license (as they will be required to haul double trailers).
