We are a small but fast-growing appliance repair & installation company based in Raleigh/Cary. We are seeking a new team member to assist with appliance delivery, installation, and removal. Installation assistants will start between $13-$15/hour with plenty of room to grow! Duties include but are not limited to: -Timely and accurate delivery & install of residential appliances -Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various appliances (tools are company-provided unless you prefer to use your own) -Must be able to follow complex instructions to aid in completing the installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc. -Loading and unloading anywhere from 75 - 900 lbs. with the assistance of an appliance dolly and helpers. -Inspects final product for proper operation and damage -Takes extra care not to damage customer floors, walls, or cabinetry. Job Requirements: -Masks required while on job sites -Covid-19 vaccination -Available to work most weekdays between the hours of 7am-5pm (Weekends off!) -Clean appearance (most tattoos are OK) -Sturdy work boots and back support belt -Clean criminal background check -A friendly, professional, can-do attitude Preferred, but not required skills: -Previous experience in appliance install. If you are mechanically inclined or have experience in automotive repair, HVAC, or construction/carpentry, you will be well-suited for this job. We will provide all the training you need.
