Moving company looking for subcontractors/ drivers/ helpers

we are a local moving company and are looking for: 1) Moving subcontractors: Have your own box truck or moving trailer and are looking to get more work. we generate the moves, book them and give them to you. we take a % off the total bill for our serivces. 2) Drivers: Have recently worked for a moving compny driving the trucks. We have 16 and 18 ft trucks that we are looking drivers for. Must have good driving record. We pay $18 - $20 depending on experience. 3) Moving helpers: Have recently worked for a moving company and are looking to get more hours or switching one company to another. Need to have relevant experience. Need to know how to shrink wrap, Load, unload, stack the truck, handle different furniture etc. full time or part time ok.
