Hello! I'm looking to hire a handyman. Please respond by email with your hr rate, how long its going to take you to finish these things on the list, your availability and experience. Things to finish in our house: -2x Bathroom Fans (cut siding in the house, connect duct to the fan/vent, caulk vents once it is installed) -Cut fan opening in the ceiling (we have one layer of drywall and a sheet of plywood), install fan to the joist, connect duct to the exterior vent -finish installing kitchen exhaust fan (see pictures), cut hole in the roof and properly caulk for ext vent, connect duct to the exhaust -Caulk all exterior lights (6x) and fresh doors -Install two HVAC dampers in the crawlspace -Cut old wiring in the crawlspace, attach insulation that was thorn out by raccoons -Strap water heater, build water heater enclosure (frame it, drywall it, install a closet door), (see pictures) -Level dishwasher and install it to the counters (see pictures) -Install railings in the attic -Finish french drain outside -finish gutters outside -seal gutters that already attached for leaks -extend the deck to the end of the house -Install soffit -build fence around the house
