PACIFIC OAK RESIDENTIAL, based out of Jacksonville, FL is looking for a reliable Handyman/GC to bring houses back to rentable conditions (TURN WORK). We own other houses in the area, so you would have the opportunity for other TURNS as well as Tenant work orders. COMPENSATION: Depends on the job. Each job is paid individually as it is completed. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Employee’s choice. • You must have a W-9, and Liability Insurance. • You must be able to receive work orders through email and have general computer skills. • You must be able to turn in invoices and pictures of work completed to get paid. • You must have good communication, people, follow-through skills, and be reliable. • You must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
