To do maintenance work orders and make ready's all around the greater Houston metro area and beyond.
Here area a few areas that you will need to have skills with: Painting, hang blinds, Install door hardware, Set cabinets and countertops, Bathroom accessories, Trim work/baseboards, Replace electric outlet plates, Install ceiling fan, etc.
You must have your own tools and have a reliable truck (will pay mileage).
