Odd jobs such as painting, repair/replace light fixtures, caulking, power washing, cleaning, etc. Ongoing for one day a month, or more if needed, subject to your schedule. Must be reliable, able to follow instructions, and work independently til the task has been completed. Having your own tools is a plus. Must carry liability insurance, and either have worker's comp or sign a workers comp waiver form. Able to provide proof of them, with W9 form, for home owner's association records, prior to scheduling work. Great opportunity for a retired handy person, or someone wanting to supplement their income.
