We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable person with an entrepreneurial drive to work as our Hands-On Maintenance & Repair Lead, cleaning and repairing shopping carts and other equipment outside at customer locations. This position is like running your own little mobile business without having to worry about all of the office headaches. Responsibilities: Supervise and perform the work alongside your location’s Technician Clean carts and equipment with pressure washing system Complete repairs including: replacing wheels & plastic parts, straightening frames, and mig welding (no previous welding experience required). Inspect for broken or damaged parts Communicate with store management Travel to and from customer locations via company van to perform work on site, outside Qualifications/Requirements: 5:00 am start Monday through Friday (average of 50 hours per week) Desire to work outdoors year-round Supervisory experience Travel overnight approximately two weeks per month in company van with paid travel expenses Clean and valid driver’s license Ability to perform physical duties of bending, lifting, pushing, standing and stooping Basic mechanical skills Field experience strongly preferred Benefits: Starting hourly pay is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, plus a Foreman can earn a generous quarterly bonus, based on productivity and customer feedback. With the bonus, hourly pay and overtime, the average starting salary can range between $53,000 and $59,000 per year Hourly pay for time spent traveling in company van to and from job sites Generous benefits package
