older downey home near paramount, florence, 5 freeway has hardwood floors that need touch up stain and full house clear coat see photos the photos show the damaged 3 bedrooms, the hall and living, dining room and not damaged do you know how to spot stain to match dark walnut floor? small few areas are sanded about 35 sq. feet in a few rooms that has dark floor (easier to close match) the 1st step is to match the stain color as close as possible, not seeking perfection after closely match and then clean floors in home and hall add 2 coats of polyurethane, separate days we have about 20 cans of dark color stains to see if any match close enough the floors will need to be cleaned (not sanded) and prepped to add 2 clear coats the walls were just painted white and we don't want to spray and affect new wall paint approx price for this job? we are not seeking entire home floor sanding and staining.
