JOB DESCRIPTION: 1.)Understand how to use a moisture meter. 2.)Take photos, document and sketch. 3.)How to setup drying equipment. 4.)Develop strategies on the go. 5.)Lift furniture and boxes > 75lbs 6.)Perform pack-outs/pack-ins in an organized fashion/document the process. 7.)Send and receive emails and text messages 8.)Perform CAT 1-3 crawlspace mitigations 9.) Have a great, professional attitude and arrive to work on time in uniform and with a presentable appearance (this is probably the most important of the list.) Preferences for anyone with experience in the following areas. 1.) MICA 2.)Xactimate 3.)IICRC certs 4.) Overall experience of more then 3 yrs in the industry and or lead experience.
