JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate must have 1.) At least 4yrs experience in hanging drywall, taping, mudding, texturing and painting. 2.) The ability to identify the difference in different types of paints, paint finishes and match surrounding paint. 3.) Hang drywall on ceiling. 4.)Mask off areas properly and not allow any dust and or overspray and contain the work area. 5.) Maintain a clean work area and leave the work site clean at the end of every work day. ***Preference given to any candidate with trim/molding, flooring installs, tile installing and an overall greater understanding of general construction knowledge.
