Working the required hours, a valid driver's license with a chauffer's endorsement, and ability to be at work on time when needed. Passing a background check, and a drug test is required. Ability to manage time and people, and good organizational skills with the ability to fill out paperwork would be great. Ability to learn how to use various types of machinery and maintain and respect it would also more than appreciated.
