Previous experience is a plus but is not required for this entry level position. This position does have very good future opportunities for the right motivated, dependable person.
A few of the basic duties of this starting position are: learning construction building products and how they are used to build a new home, jobsite debris clean-up, sweeping, basic forms of landscaping, picking up building materials and hauling them operating company vehicles from location to location, learning to operate construction equipment, transporting tools and equipment when needed to job sites.
You must enjoy working outdoors in various temperatures.
Pay rates beyond the posted rate would be considered in the future based upon your dependability as well as the skill levels you have achieved and demonstrate with the company.
