Ideally, you are a highly motivated individual looking to grow within the ranks of an expanding business. As Ride and Shine grows, you will be on the fast track for a managerial position. The position to be filled will be that of a ride along with an experienced detailer ($15/hr), once proving successful you will be promoted to managing your own van ($22/hr), and after that possibly managing multiple vans ($/hr TBD). Pay increases will be decided at the end of each fiscal year. Required: High School Graduate. Proficient at reading, writing, and speaking English. Clean NJ drivers license. Commute to Saddle River, NJ. Preferred, but not required: Trade school experience, associates degree, some college experience, bachelors degree. Responsibilities include: 1) Greeting customers, and fielding any questions they may have. 2) Lifting heavy objects (50lbs+). 3) Ensuring smooth work flow of lead detailer. 4) Fielding phone calls, as well as texts and emails. 5) Detailing cars Washing and waxing Vacuuming Buffing Extracting Polishing Ensuring high quality end product for client Full-Time/Part-Time Text or Email me.
