WHAT WE ASK OF OUR TEAM: Be on-time for scheduled shifts and have access to transportation. Be a reliable and trustworthy member of our team that works well with everyone. FOR WAREHOUSE DAYS (TYPICALLY WEEKDAY): Work alongside your team to inflate and clean returned equipment. Organize the warehouse and help with any weekday tasks. FOR DELIVERIES (TYPICALLY WEEKEND): Preparing Orders Work with your delivery crew to load all the equipment for your day. Double-check and secure your load contents. Review the delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy. Head out on the highway! Safely! Deliveries Maintain an on-time delivery schedule for your upcoming events. Set-up inflatables and ensure they've been properly secured. Instruct customers on safe equipment operation. Make sure delivery paperwork is completed and payments are collected.
