Established, rapidly growing tree care service company is looking to hire a Tree Care Crew Foreman. The Candidate must have two years experience as a Foreman. Candidate needs knowledge of tree trimming, planting, pruning, and maintenance. Labor intensive. Heavy lifting.Knowledge of Florida's trees is required. Operate and maintain equipment chainsaws, operate a bobcat, chipper, chip truck, etc Lead a tight-knit crew, creating and promoting a positive team environment. Plan and layout daily work for your crew. (Considering the time required to complete work, clean-up time, equipment available, weather conditions, customer’s permission, etc.) Perform a Pre-Job Hazard Survey at each job site with all crew members and assigns work tasks based on an individual's knowledge skills and abilities. Perform line clearing and tree trimming duties for including pruning treetops and limbs, trimming or removal of at-risk/damaged trees as well as removing broken limbs from wires, roofs, etc. Communicate with the customer to ensure job completion satisfaction. Must have a clean, valid FL drivers license and own transportation going to and from the shop.
