You will not be considered without a resume' please submit resume' for consideration. We are looking for a motivated A/C tech apprentice that we can train for our team. This helper will run ductwork (attic work), thermostat wiring, move compressors, load equipment etc. Candidate will also be willing to do home training on your own time to eventually be a Service tech/installer. The other option is to pay $12,000-$16,000 for a vocational training school for a mediocre education just to find out that nobody will hire you without experience. This candidate will be helping install A/C systems in attics as well as pool equipment None of our techs were sent home early due to a lack of work. We stay busy! We've recently opened up more service areas and now need personnel to fill those positions. This candidate should have a professional appearance and a strong desire to learn the trade We will check your employment referrals. Ideal candidate will have recent employment of any sort. Must be: able to speak English OR Spanish well groomed/professional appearance in possession of reliable transportation to get to work. able to pass drug test. mechanically inclined. able to agree to purchase the tools that candidate is lacking able to work extended hours and weekends as necessary. Our Junior tech will learn more in 3 months than what most techs learn in a year.
