Description

The Lot Technician is responsible for the organization and presentation of the outdoor trailer and product areas. Maintains the appearance of the lot, unloads, receives freight. Assembles trailers and assists with service and maintenance duties as directed.Provides customer service in support of store sales and service activities. Essential FunctionsAssemble trailersPark and move trailersWash and prepare trailers for delivery.Help customers hook-up trailers. Perform visual safety inspection (lights, safety chain,decking,etc.)Maintain lot including but not limited to mowing, weed removal, snow removal, picking up trash, installing exterior signs, banners or flags.Receive and stock trailers, parts and supplies.Support Service Technician as needed.Support opening and closing of the store as directed.Clean and organize store and support areas as directed.Other duties as assigned.
