Restore 24 is looking to add full time Technicians to our already amazing Team! After paid, on the job, FULL TRAINING this position earns 30% commission of each job completed! We are a family run and LOCAL business. Servicing the multifamily housing industry since 1996. We are a team who communicates and works together to ensure any challenges are conquered. This is not just another job but a Career making a difference while making money! Many Restore24 employees have been with the company for over 20 years! Experience NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! However some knowledge in carpet cleaning or water damage would be beneficial. Experience in the multifamily housing industry is also a plus. We are looking for responsible individuals who can work productively on their own. Requirements Valid Drivers License Available for emergency work after hours and on weekends, including on call shifts Ability to manage your assigned workflow in a timely and consistent manner. Ability to lift, carry, push 50 lbs Responsibilities This is a physical job with multiple duties: Carpet cleaning, A?C duct cleaning, Odor Control, Emergency Water extractions, setting drying equipment and more as the company grows Communication with team and clients Ability to work overtime and some on-call hours Benefits Competitive 401K options work Cell phone provided (for communication with team and clients as well as invoicing) work Vehicle provided We provide work van, all tools needed, gas and drying equipment required for each job.
