Come join our team at Acorn Grove Apartments! We are seeking a full time maintenance and groundskeeper for our multi-family community located in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities include maintaining curb appeal by keeping up the grounds, making vacant apartments ready for new move-ins, and assisting with work orders. Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday and will require participating in an on-call rotation for after hours maintenance emergencies. We value our employees and are committed to a great work environment! Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and transportation. Regretfully, we are unable to offer company sponsored health insurance.
