Mountain-Pacific Quality Health is hosting an in-person coalition summit on September 9, 2021 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM during the second day of the Wyoming Hospital Association (WHA) conference. Coalition members, health care workers, family members, care givers and more are welcome to attend. Community feedback and local perspectives from community and coalition members will be shared during this townhall discussion. Key health care to be discussed include: The importance of addressing opioid misuse and ideas on how to find solutions.What factors can help improve chronic disease management.What clinicians can do to help prevent unnecessary emergency department visits and hospital admissions.
