Yoga gives you the safe space to release tension from your body & leaves with you a clearer mind. With this you're able to see solutions where there were none. It's also why there are those a-ha moments & breakthroughs on the mat. The yoga practice, by its very nature & awareness, creates the right setting for breakthroughs. In this unique workshop, you'll learn some of the science & habits of people who have regular breakthroughs. What do they do differently? What is the structure/nature of breakthroughs? Then, you'll recognize how the practice itself is one of the best ways to facilitate breakthroughs. These breakthroughs are often related to the yoga practice, but not limited to.
