Educating the Community about Breast Cancer, Celebrating Survivorship and Remembering those we lost to this disease. The SisterHermana Foundation, Inc would like to invite you to join us for our 3rd Annual Pink & Pearls Breast Cancer Awareness Brunch. This fantastic event will be held on October 16, 2021, at the beautiful Omni Hotel in Downtown Jacksonville in the Florida Banquet Room. The purpose of this event is threefold: To raise awareness of breast cancer incidences in Duval County with emphasis placed on zip code 32206 To raise funds to expand our Taking it to the Streets for Life Cancer Education Outreach Program and, To celebrate breast cancer survivorship while honoring those we have lost to this disease. The Mistress of Ceremony will be actress and hometown celebrity Angela Robinson, who portrayed Veronica Harrington on Tyler Perry's The Haves and The Haves Nots and played Shug Avery in the Broadway production of the Color Purple. Our featured Speakers are three-time breast cancer survivor Donna Deegan, Founder of the Donna Foundation and Jasmine Souers, Co-Founder of For the Breast of Us, This Brunch event will include a silent auction, raffles, giveaways, and dancing. The menu will be a culinary fête that includes lavish seasonal fruits and food selections for meat-lovers and vegans, topped off with bottomless mimosa's.
