If you want to learn or just need a workstation for stained glass skills. Pick your projects, 10 weeks to complete 6 three hour sessions. Our studio offers a workshop that reserves your personal workstation for 6 sessions. We ask that you complete your sessions within 10 weeks. You can choose your own pattern, your piece will stay at the studio until completed or you have reached your last class sessions and do not wish to purchase another 6 sessions. Should you want to continue , you will have the option to keep your space. We only have 5 students per class. An instructor is present at each session. We expect to help and teach you at the beginning if needed and then allow you to work at your own pace and be available for help as needed. Basic supplies, tools and glass are provided for use. Each student gets a 20% discount on glass and supplies during their sessions. Most students are able to complete several pieces without making additional purchases. The importance of lead or foil sheers.Glass score/cutting. Learn how to use a glass cutter and tools to start your masterpiece.The Grinder. Every station is equipped with a glass grinder. Find out how and why it is used.Copper Foil or Lead method ? Learn how to choose, why and skilled ways to apply these methods to stained glass. Soldering. If you can use a glue gun, you can solder. We will teach you.Classes are set up to be beginner friendly and fun. We have a lot to teach but you will be surprised how fast the time flies when your having fun. Make and Take classes are created to allow enough time for you to complete your project and take it home with you.
