A, tan and white dove with a blue band on it's leg. Sweet pigeon has been hanging around my place. I'm feeding him. I think he is lost. Shy blue budgie missing from Veronica springs neighborhood. Poor flier. Scared, hungry and tired no doubt, if she's still alive. I hope she will be found And returned home
