Hi friends, I'm looking to form a small band of intermediate/advanced musicians who just want to jam/make music in NYC, no pressure just to have fun. Any type of musician is welcome - drums, bass, acoustic guitar, sax, cello, piano etc... Here are my influences, type of music we'd cover and/or write. Arctic Monkeys, Crumb, Hiatus Kayote (Choose your Weapon), Rage Against the Machine, Bloc Party (Silent Alarm), The Black Keys (Brothers), Aurora, Lumineers, Local Natives, Mars Volta, John Mayer, Anderson Paak, Queen, Phoenix (Wolfgang), Leon Bridges, Alt-J, The Strokes, Masego, System of a Down, Haley Hendrixx, Mumford and Sons, Coldplay (First two albums), Badbadnotgood, Daniel Caesar, Hozier, Glen Hansard, Mana, Blink 182, Muse.
