The Esplanade Association presents River Fit: IJE Company Pop-Up on the Esplanade! Join the Esplanade Association for River Fit: IJE Company Pop-Up this summer, part of the River Fit Summer Fitness Series! Ije Company Inc's philosophy to "keep moving" will show you how to move correctly, teach you how to make it a lifestyle. Programming is based on Ije's SPA methodology (Speed, Plyometrics, & Agility). SPA training is for the current athlete, former athletes, and active lifestyle enthusiasts. Ije's goal is to increase athletes' overall physical movement, body awareness, motivation, and athletic performance. Ije Company's free training classes work with 8-12th grade students currently in or interested in sports. Ije’s goal is to increase overall physical movement, body awareness, motivation, and athletic performance. We welcome students and athletes of all levels, backgrounds, genders, and sports. Ije is the one-stop shop for athletes to improve their health and wellness. River Fit: IJE Company Pop-Up will take place on Thursday, August 19th at 6pm on Fiedler Field. Registration for River Fit: IJE Company Pop-Up is only available through Eventbrite. Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering for River Fit:je Company Pop-Up, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this River Fit Summer Fitness Series class.
