Engineered Hardwood Floor Installer Wanted

I am flipping a house and need someone to install Engineered Hardwood on my floors. There is over 1000 square feet and a couple dozen stairs. The floor needs some TLC before the Hardwood can be installed. My General Contractor was awful, so the floor needs some leveling. I am willing to pay $2.50 a square foot to level the floor and install the Hardwood Floor. The installation needs to be tight with no gaps which means I need someone that has a lot of experience laying Engineered Hardwood Floor. I also need to install hardwood on a couple dozen stairs. It will take a day or two in order to do a good job to install the Hardwood on the stairs. I am not interested in getting gouged. I need a reasonable price. This is a flip, so if you are looking to hit a home run, don't bother responding. There is plenty of other work to be done on the remodel, but I am looking for someone that can give me a reasonable price. Most of the work that is left is finish carpentry, but there is some electrical and plumbing work that still needs to be done. I am looking for a long term relationship for more flips. I need someone with dependable transportation, can work at least 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, is a non-smoker, does not use drugs, isn't an alcoholic, does not spend time on their cell phone all day long, has all or at least a majority of their teeth, and is not a tweaker.
