Join The Nurses Pub For An Evening Of Elite Entertainment, Black-Tie Elegance, Networking, and an Ocean Front Dining Experience. The Nurses Pub Foundation is featuring it's 2nd annual fundraising event to begin building The Nurses Pub Resource and Educational Center for single parents, youth, and young adults that are in need of a one-stop-shop for valuable resources that students are lacking during the journey from student to nurse. A diverse platform of guest speakers will be on board. Lori Robertson, MSN, FNP-C, an International Aesthetic Educator and "Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injector" along with the Honorable Judge Filer, named the "Unsung Hero: Community Judiciary Award" among other distinguished accolades. Be entertained by comedian Jason Love as seen on "Comedy Central, "America's Got Talent," and "HBO.” Hear the award winning violinist, Jordan Busa and elite saxophonist, Vaughn Fahie. Headlining the gala is the Paris Escovedo Band. Paris is from the legendary Escovedo Family that gave the world Pete Escovedo and Sheila E . His electrifying band will rock the show with musical selections from Jazz, Calypso, Latin Jazz, Funk and Rock selections!! Our proceeds are utilized to help finance education via scholarships and assistance for purchase of books, school materials, transportation and child care. Our organization has funded reading materials for nursing students in Ghana and Nairobi, Kenya and are building the nursing community with our successful seminars, workshops and events.
