My family and I are in need of a new place to live by October. At the end of our lease, our landlord is increasing the rent by $800 a month if we want to renew or sign a new lease. I have a one year old son, my wife, my mother in law and brother with me. we need a 3 bedroom or larger. We all work here in Bend, have good paying jobs, verifiable income and perfect rental history. We are willing to live anywhere from La Pine to Redmond. We can afford $2600ish a month. I also have a medium sized newfoundland 8yrs old, and a three year old Chihuahua.
