In this class, Maria will be teaching you about chakras, what they are and how they are connected to our wellness and healing. She will teach you how to develop habits and routines to keep the energy flow balanced, allowing one to feel healthy while gaining a sense of clarity and confidence. Maria will be incorporating her Reiki to assist in the flow of energy and to raise the vibration for the group to experience peace and oneness.
