Sales Staff required 4 T-shirt vendor @ MegaCon Orlando (August 12-15, 2021) I am looking to hire 3-4 more people to assist with the sales and operation of our t-shirt booth at the MegaCon Comic Convention during the dates of August 12-15, 2021. SHOW HOURS Wednesday August 11 -- SET-UP Thursday August 12 -- 4 pm to 9 pm Friday August 13 -- 10 am to 7 pm Saturday August 14 -- 10 am to 7 pm Sunday August 15 -- 10 am to 5 pm + breakdown. we will finish between 10-11 pm **VIP's get onto the show floor 30 Minutes before regular attendees on Saturday & Sunday!** Location: Orange County Convention Centre West Concourse 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. The new hires will assist with sales, set-up, and the breakdown of our booth. Experience in sales is preferred but I will train staff if I find you have excellent communication skills. I require people with the gift of gab, I will teach you how to sell. I also need the applicant to... -take direction from supervisors -self-motivated, friendly, with a good mix of people skills -must have the ability to think on their feet with effective communication skills. -simple math is required without the aid of a cellphone calculator. The applicant will be required to assist customers, keep their station clean and orderly, assist co-workers and help with loss prevention, etc. The job description includes any other task required to run a successful booth within the convention. The pay is $11 - $12 cash per hour. I reward hard work, employees who exceed our expectations are paid more than weaker employees. We all share in the success of the booth. Other benefits include 40% off any merchandise you wish to purchase on Sunday. We ask that you pack a lunch, snacks & water, but a set time to eat will be determined by the crowd. Dress code= A pair of comfortable shoes and appropriate attire (shirt/golf shirt and long pants). All new hires will be instructed by e.mail on time, set-up, etc. Any successful hire will be given the first choice of working with our team at all upcoming Florida area events.
