Free 60 minute Rooftop Yoga Event followed by refreshments at Steam Theory Brewing Co. BalancingEnergy Yoga is partnering with Steam Theory Brewing Co in Trinity Groves, for this Sundown Rooftop Yoga Event. This yoga class is Free but students need to pre-register through EventBrite to attend. The first 25 students to sign up on EventBrite will receive a blue wrist band for a complimentary beverage at Steam Theory. (Only students 21 years or older wearing a blue wrist band will receive a complimentary, 4oz sample beverage after class, however anyone who attends can join us at the brewery. The Rooftop Yoga class will take place from 7-8pm on the 6th floor parking deck of the Cypress Apartments located at 320 Singleton Blvd., in Trinity Groves. Students must arrive by 6:45p, so we start promptly at 7pm. (This upper deck is expansive, clean, and has beautiful views of downtown Dallas skyline.) There is ample parking too: A huge lot behind Steam Theory (340 Singleton Blvd) and adjacent retail parking in the Cypress Apt. garage.(First 3 floors) Bonnie & Lisa will direct students where to park and find stairs to reach 6th floor parking lot. It's easy peasy! The BalancingEnergy yoga teachers will be in their BE tanks to help teach, demo, and assist students. After class we will escort everyone down to Steam Theory to our assigned indoor table. The place has a great vibe and a full kitchen for anyone needing to nosh This is going to be a fun and safe community event! What to bring: Your mat, towel, water, sunscreen.
