Join us in developing the Amador County Family Systems Strengthening Action Plan! The Tri-County Home Visiting Partnership is developing County and Regional Action Plans and is seeking your attendance at the Amador County Planning Session. This three-hour planning session will focus on creating local strategies designed to address the critical issues identified by the Tri-County Home Visiting Partnership. County-level action plans will then be used to identify opportunities for regional collaboration and the development of a regional Family Systems Strengthening Plan. Three-hour planning session will include: • Lunch and Refreshments • Overview of the Project, County Conditions & Critical Issues • County-Level Action Planning
