Her intuition has always allowed her to feel others' energy and have premonitions. It wasn’t until her Grandma left her physical body that her gifts grew stronger. She has always guided her on to the right path. As Antoinnette's gifts and questions continued to grow, she began her journey with the KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program and deepened her connection with Spirit. It wasn’t until she completed her Sacred Plant Medicine-Holistic Healing Apprenticeship that she felt completely her true self. Nourishment of the body through the spirit of the plants and the connection with Mother Earth is a humbling experience that has brought her back into balance.
