Experienced Maintenance Coordinator needed for a senior apartment community in Chico and surrounding areas. Duties Include: Coordinating tenant maintenance requests timely and effectively Maintain scheduled maintenance on: HVAC units, filters, fire & amp; sprinkler equipment, landscape, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, basic plumbing, painting, annual unit inspections etc. Turn units as tenants vacate Conduct daily inspections of property's outside grounds. Immediately correct any needed items. Display tact and friendliness when dealing with residents, visitors, staff and vendors. Perform other tasks assigned by Property Manager.
