Moonsongs concert series welcomes SETH WALKER Moonsongs concert series is on fire with this one, and the artist is another beloved local. I discovered Seth Walker years ago when he kept popping up on my Wood Brothers station. Oh that voice and how it’s going to reverberate in the mountains behind my Half Moon Landing pad. Please join me friends. Check out his bio and vids here: https://sethwalker.com/ Details: My space offers up seating on boulders around the firepit and I’ll provide chairs to accommodate around that circle and on the patio. Last concert, some folks brought cushions/blankets and those work in a few spots too. This second round, I have promised a batch of chicken gumbo, collard greens and cornbread. Please let me know if you’d like to eat so I can get a count. I’ve had volunteers offer to bring cornbread, and if you want to have a little collard competition, I’m encouraging about 4 people to chime in on that. Food will be on the upper deck, above the stage and I’ll have some seating there too. For those wanting to eat, you might want to get here as close to 6 as possible. BYOB. I’ll have water, sparkly waters, and paper cups. Parking is limited, so please carpool or Uber if you can. I’m working with neighbors, once again, to allow some parking along the driveway to the right of my home. I can fit about 7 cars in my driveway and a few other neighbors have offered up spots. We can direct you when you arrive. There is a church parking lot about 1/4 mile north of my house, and I have friends willing to shuttle folks from there, if needed. Please call or message me with questions! Riceville Rd can get dicey, so travel safely. Suggestion donation tickets are $25 and capacity is about 40 people. You can bring cash or Venmo/Paypal me. House opens at 6 and music will start at 7.
