Purebred German Shepherd needs a new home!

Orka is an 8 year old purebred german shepherd that needs a forever home. She was found abandoned on the streets of Austin and we took her in to temporarily foster, but we are not equipped to take care of her long term. We were able to get in touch with the previous owners via chip, and while they do not want her, they were able to confirm her age, personality traits, and background. She is very well behaved, has an amazing ball drive, great around other dogs and is well trained on basic commands. She is good with walking on and off leash, is not food aggressive, and is up to date on shots and flea preventative. She is cleared to not have hip dysplasia, or any other long term issues (other than a need of a dental cleaning), and has the most wonderful temperament. She is looking for a stable HOME, not apartment, where she has space to run around and sunbathe forever, with a family that is able to pay attention to her and meet her exercise needs.
