Annual One-Day Conference that connects and inspires women through a celebration of women who has broken through glass ceilings. “Glass Ceiling Breakers” is an Annual One-Day Conference that connects and inspires women through a celebration of women who has broken through glass ceilings in her industry and endeavors to break glass ceilings for the next generation of women leaders. Are you a Glass Ceiling Breaker? Would you like to become a Glass Ceiling Breaker? Do you know a woman or a non-profit organization who is a Glass Ceiling Breaker? Nominate a Woman or Non-Profit Organization for the 2021 Glass Ceiling Breaker Award. Honorees are nominated by community members for their work to promote the improvement of the next generation of women in leadership. Nominees are selected based on their leadership skills, mentorship of women and community engagement and reputation. Through a collaborative process, members of the committee evaluate finalists based on the programs and activities that promotes the next generation of women leaders. Non-profit organizations may also qualify to participate. The Woman, or non-profit organization selected will receive a $250.00 certified check to advance the work of their ministry, as well as the 2021 “Glass Ceiling Breaker” trophy. Due to public health restrictions for in-person events, we are limiting the numbers of individuals for Face-to-Face gathering.
