MidAmerica Talent is proud to present Songs In The Key Of Life: A Celebration of the Life & Music of Stevie Wonder. The performance will take place on Friday & Saturday, August 20 & 21, 2021, at Bunkers, 761 N. Washington Avenue in Downtown Minneapolis. Doors open at 8:00 PM and the music will begin at 9:30 PM. Tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door. Born on May 13, 1950, Stevie Wonder continues to make his presence felt on today’s generation. From his early Motown classics to his socially conscious albums of the 70’s, Stevie’s music is timeless. His songs have touched all races, nationalities and religions and his continuing fight for equality and human rights throughout the world is unparalleled. The evening will feature performances by some of Minneapolis’ most talented vocalists and musicians including Jay Bee, LaMont Keten, Kevin Jackson, Lynval Jackson, Kathleen Johnson, Rhonda Johnson, Brian Kendrick, Kevin Anderson, Art Haynes, Lawrence El, Jose’ James and many very special guests. The show will include all of Stevie’s biggest hits, plus a few “hidden gems” from the immense Stevie Wonder “songbook”. Promoting live concerts in the Twin Cities for over 30 years!
