Position: Part/Full Time Maintenance Technician w/ Emergency ON CALL availability Job Overview: Established Facility Maintenance Company looking for a Hard Working,Technician with a work load consisting of carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing and Tile and Grout cleaning. Most work will be at Night. Technician also needs to be available on a rotation basis to perform Emergency clean-up duties on an "ON CALL" basis. Requirements: -English Speaking -Ability to respond to Emergency Clean up jobs with a 60 minute response time -Can work in a fast paced environment with possible last minute schedule changes -Impeccable Customer Service, and good communication skills with customer base and HY-VAC Management -Clean driving record, with DMV printout of Licence status Compensation: - (Hourly based on experience, paid twice a month) -Commission for Emergency "On Call Job" $120.00 per (most Emergency clean ups do not take more than 30 minutes of actual work time) -Emergency jobs are paid Net 30 -Paid Holidays and Vacation -401k Location: Brentwood, CA Immediate opening, send email highlighting relevant experience and attach your resume.
