Local Park Cleanup Come join us for a morning spent at Purity Springs Park, taking action against pollution and engaging with your neighbors. At this community service event, volunteers will focus on picking up littered items, in an effort to divert these items from ending up in our landfills and waterways. This event is used to determine future requirements for cleanup initiatives, assess projects that are needed in the area and develop awareness of these needs within the local communities who share these waterways. The data is then shared with Keep America Beautiful. The park is small, manageable, and has a unique spring feature. There is a lot of beauty in Tampa, let's preserve this environment together! 🙂 Registration is at 8:30 AM Cleanup starts at 9:00 AM What To Bring • Sunscreen • Hat/Sunglasses • Close-toed Shoes Trash bags, water and soft gloves are provided.
