Host Hotel: Embassy Suites by Hilton Make your reservations early by calling (941) 256-0190 *Mention Suncoast Summer Fest Fun Run Saturday, June 25: The Weekend begins with a casual lunch ride down to Evie's at Spanish Point where pre-register participants will receive a complimentary lunch ticket. Sunday, June 26: Captain Check-in will begin at Marina Jack from 10:00am til 11:00am. All captains must attend check-in in order to pick up the poker hands for all pre-registered passengers. Additional poker hands will be for sale. The official fun run begins with a group start at 11:00 am and goes til 4:00 pm. must stop at five stops to collect their card draw chips. Any pre-registered participants who cannot attend the Welcome Reception, will need to attend “day of run” check-in at Marina Jack from 10 am til 11am. Additional hands for $50 will also be available for purchase. Sunday, June 26: The Post-Run Awards Dinner will be held at The Embassy Suite's Ballroom from 6 pm to 9 pm. All paid Captains and Passengers will receive access to full cash bar, prize raffle and complimentary food stations. All chips collected from the stops will be exchanged to draw a (5) card poker hand. Additional cards (limit of 2) may be purchased for $20 each. All cards must be dawn by 8:00 pm.
