This workshop is a relaxing experience where you can explore various techniques and approaches to self-care. This will be a supportive group dynamic where you have some time to slow down and think about how you can prevent burnout in your work and personal life, and create a custom plan that works for you. Whether you are familiar with self-care or new to taking care of yourself, you will find this a valuable space to create or enhance your self-care skills.
