Is it just me or has it occured to anyone else that all of this rehoming fee business especially the absurd amounts makes it so all dogs are potential puppy mill breeders? I mean I get if you have gotten a pup vet care and all that intales getting you expences but asking hundreds of dollars for mix breads is crazy. Don't get me wrong I'd take a hienz 57 pup and love them the same as a register pooch but simply splicing the names of two breeds together doesn't make it a new breeds. And would someone please explain to me how charging these rediculous fees insures they go to a good home in anyway? Just because someone has money doesn't mean they aren't mean or irresponsible. Labs that want dogs for testing aka torture have no problem cutting a check, and I'm not thinking anyone would consider that to be a good home. So come on let's call it like it is. Rehoming fee, more like a "I'm greedy so give me money" fees.
