Local marketing service in business 14 years seeks established commercial cleaning company wishing to grow as buildings begin to re open, looking into 2022. We charge no upfront fees of any kind, only a reasonable one-time fee if you close a new contract. We provide marketing and appointments, you provide building walkthroughs and bids. You are under no obligation to bid on jobs that are not within your companies goals or capabilities. Prefer locally owned company with excellent personal communication and a reputation for attention to detail. Must be available to discuss opportunities by phone. We cover the Puget Sound area from Everett to Tacoma, sometimes farther. You do not need to cover this entire area. Our goal is to provide your company with daily or weekly work, although sometimes we have opportunities for one time deep cleaning jobs. From our experience, it sometimes takes a long time for larger opportunities to culminate; patience and persistence is needed.
