Description: We are accepting applications for an experienced Collision Shop paint tech for an established Poulsbo Collision Center. We are looking for a team player to help us grow to the next level while satisfying our customer base and insurance partners. Responsibilities: *Must be comfortable working in a production environment *Your resume must have numerous years of related experience. *Quality is a must, we have excellent equipment and space conducive to production and quality. *Team player, you will be part of a production team that prides themselves in working together. *Organized and clean individual is a plus. We have a clean work environment. *DRP and Insurance compliance repair experience wanted, we have 7 DRP partners and work with them to maximize the cycle time and what items are not included, we find the time others do not. *People oriented - work well with others. *I-car training a plus Requirements: Pay is competitive flat rate, plus benefits after 90 days, we offer medical and dental (75%) and 401k with match and sick leave/PTO and 6 paid holidays per year.
